If this happens, we recommend that you add the application you will be using to your antivirus and windows firewall exceptions. Download the archive with the latest version of the Windows app and unzip it to a convenient location. Windows 10/11 (x64) - download Windows 7 (x64) - download

The application requires the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime package installed. If it is not installed, the system will report that VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing and will not open. Download from link one of VC_redist.x64.exe and VC_redist.x86.exe files depending on your operating system and install them.

Unpack the program and run as administrator nekoray.exe and select sign-box kernel.exe.

Copy keys from configurations sub.eofvpn.cc (configurations are provided with free VPN subscription. Premium users are given a personal link to the subscription), in the program window paste the key (CTRL + V) or PCM -> Add profile from the clipboard. GIF Instructions:

Run the profile (right-click on the added profile -> Run or LKM on the added profile -> Enter).

Check “System proxy mode” if you want to use proxy for browser only.

System Proxy Mode - for applications that support proxies (e.g. browsers) TUN mode - VPN is used on the entire computer (suitable for gaming).

If there is no connection after all steps, use only “Mode TUN”, check both checkboxes or activate only “Mode System Proxy”.

If you need to pass all traffic through VPN: right-click on the tray icon, select “System proxy”, click “Set system proxy”.

If only part of the traffic should be passed through VPN: in the lower left corner of the application window look for Local[socks XXXXX], then in the necessary program write the proxy - address 127.0.0.1 port XXXXX.
